1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Playticks ("We", "Us", "Our"), a product currently operated by Koru Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Playticks for personal or commercial coaching purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Playticks
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or store using Playticks, including game footage, annotations, and coaching notes. By using our services, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
• Use your content to improve and enhance our services
• Create backups and ensure data availability

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use such content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Playticks:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• To upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that Playticks will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or paid service:

• Payment is due in advance for the billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Playticks service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Koru Network and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on Playticks are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Playticks or Koru Network be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Playticks, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
